Group
Therapy

Dr. French facilitates groups in which the task is to work together to create an environment where all members can grow and develop socially and emotionally. This often happens in creative and spontaneous ways and can lead to the group speaking more directly and honestly, despite and with its differences among members. As a result, group members often create new ways out of the rigid roles, patterns, and identities that can cause so much emotional pain.

Group therapy can be appropriate for those experiencing a range of mental health difficulties and/or the challenges of everyday life.
